Booking appointments online is one of the most important and practical life skills that we teach. It may seem complicated at first as many steps lead up to this process, but once you break it down it'll be easier to navigate. Our seniors need to schedule doctor visits, medication refills, and more. This process isn't necessarily always straightforward as they have to tackle the online web network to find the correct location, call, find a date and finally book.

To schedule a flu shot, you select the pharmacy, pick a nearby location, choose a time slot, and confirm your name and phone number. Most of the time, you receive a confirmation screen or message that you can save. We teach our seniors to view it as a short, step-by-step process: navigate to the appointment page, fill out the requested information, then choose the date and time.

It's convenient because you can book when it suits you, without waiting on hold. It also provides clarity by showing available times, locations, and any requirements before you go.
